We are looking for a personable multitasker to join our small team and help to create an exceptional experience for our customers either shopping for or drinking wine. Only one season in, we have created a unique environment in Lindos, and while we are growing the business every day, we refuse to give up that comfortable, personal, homey vibe that everyone seems to gravitate to. We choose to treat our business like family.

For this role, you should have a passion for wine, solid organizational and people skills, and a creative spirit, to make sure our guests have a positive visit from the moment they arrive till their departure.

BAR Responsibilities: 

• Set up before Bar opens

• Receive and welcome customers

• Greet and take orders from customers

• Serve drinks and food to multiple customers

• Assist and support owners in their day-to-day operational tasks

• Maintain the premises in a neat and orderly manner

• Maintain and manage the setting of tables and seating arrangements

• Assist in maintaining and stacking supplies like alcoholic drinks

• Possible food prep

• Assist in organizing events on the premises

STORE Responsibilities:

• Prior knowledge of wines + spirits a plus

• Provide information about the product(s)

• Handle customers at point of sale

• Facilitate in customers feeling comfortable asking questions/build relationships with customers

• Maintain floor merchandise

About the role:

• Where: On-site, Lindos, Greece

• When: April through November 1, 2023

• Hours: 4:30 pm- 1:00 am approximately

• Time:  53 hours per week/ 6 days per week 

• Prerequisites: EU member or EU student visa qualify

Requirements:

• Demonstrable customer service skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience in Sales / Retail and/or Restaurant / Hospitality

• Flexible, adaptable, and easy-going
